Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join an up and coming company who can help us ensure our day-to-day operations remain compliant. You will spend your day reviewing loan files, processing disclosures, and decisioning adverse loans. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of relevant mortgage experience and is comfortable in the Encompass loan origination software. We're looking to add an asset to our team that is wanting to join a company on the ground floor and grow from within. Job Description Compliance Analyst TRID Disclosure Desk
• Manage the disclosure pipeline in order to re-disclose Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures with pace and accuracy. Adverse Action Review
• Review all loans submitted for adverse action to ensure the HMDA Action taken is compliant to the scenario. (withdrawals, denials, incomplete applications, etc.) Incomplete Applications
• Monitor a pipeline of loans to send out Notice of Incomplete application documents to the customers to revitalize the borrower's application process. In the event the borrower does not comply with the request, you will process these adverse loans as incomplete applications. HMDA Review
• Review HMDA data on a monthly and annual basis. Collaborate with the VP of Compliance to use this data to identify training and improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess these attributes: 1-5 years of relevant mortgage experience Knowledge of mortgage regulations
• TRID, ECOA, HMDA, Reg B, Reg Z, etc.
Encompass LOS experience Autonomous worker Organized Detail Oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Strict tolerance of regulations Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position can be in our Scottsdale, AZ office or work remote in AZ, CA, IL, IN, FL, MI, TX
