Compliance Analyst | Managed Care Health Plan Experience Required

We’re hiring a Compliance Analyst—detail‑driven, collaborative, and ready to make an impact. At Liberty Dental Plan , our Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring our operations meet regulatory and contractual requirements across Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines of business. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical Compliance Analyst with managed care experience and a collaborative mindset to support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and enterprise‑wide accountability. What You’ll Do As a Compliance Analyst , you will coordinate and support regulatory and client audits while maintaining compliance systems, reporting tools, and cross‑functional partnerships that ensure Liberty remains audit‑ready and compliant. Key Responsibilities Coordinate preparation and submission of timely, accurate client and regulatory audits involving multi‑department and cross‑functional subject matter experts Manage audit deliverables from initial request and design through final completion Maintain Liberty’s internal compliance systems, including triaging audit notifications and requests and routing them to business owners Coordinate all aspects of client audit requests, notifications, and responses Oversee regulatory audit preparation and create reports and tools to track submissions, implementation, and follow‑up on preliminary findings Analyze and interpret state and federal regulatory guidance and communicate requirements to business partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality, timely compliance deliverables Maintain compliance dashboards, weekly status summaries, and tracking tools Lead large, complex projects in support of compliance and regulatory objectives Perform additional duties as assigned What Makes This Role Impactful Hands‑on involvement in regulatory and client audit coordination across multiple lines of business Lead role in maintaining audit readiness and compliance tracking tools Opportunity to interpret and apply evolving regulatory requirements in a managed care environment Cross‑functional collaboration with business owners, subject matter experts, and leadership Ability to influence compliance practices and operational excellence enterprise‑wide What You Bring Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 4 years of progressive regulatory compliance and oversight experience Health and/or Dental experience within government‑managed or regulated healthcare Managed Care Health Plan experience required Skills & Knowledge Strong attention to detail with proven experience compiling, coordinating, analyzing, and organizing data Functional knowledge of managed healthcare operations Experience coordinating onsite and virtual regulatory and/or client audits Strong to expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment Demonstrated professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality standards Why Liberty Dental Plan At Liberty, we are committed to improving lives by expanding access to quality dental care.
