About the position Responsibilities β€’ Project Management: Plans and manages the development of creative collateral (In coordination with an agency where applicable) and ensures timely media placement and coordination of production/materials deadlines with expense management in mind. β€’ Digital Merchandising & Ecommerce: Works to regularly audit and ensure accuracy of content and assets (including but not limited to: Owned and Third-Party Websites, Digital & Traditional Advertising, Photography and Videography) and that each aligns with the hotel's branding and positioning strategy by guest segment. β€’ Experiential Marketing: Works alongside Operations to ideate and promote curated on-property experiences and activations (ex: "Holiday Suite") β€’ B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Collaborates with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments - candidate should possess Canva creative skills β€’ Monthly Reporting: Under the guidance of the Directors of Sales and Marketing, owns & prepares monthly marketing activity reports β€’ Public Relations and Social Media Management: Supports in the development and execution of PR & social media strategies including influencer and media publication relations β€’ Branding & Positioning Assistance: Assists with the hotel positioning and content / messaging strategy based on the hotel's business & customer mix, along with Brand pillar integration β€’ Ancillary Outlet Support: Develops revenue-focused local marketing promotions and aids in creative ideation of outlet activations for the operations team to execute β€’ External Agency Management: serves as primary liaison with external agencies (example: digital, PR, creative) by delivering strategic creative briefs and ensuring timely deliverables β€’ Partnership Management: plans and execute projects with local partnership activations and sponsorships that align with the hotel's positioning β€’ Participates where appropriate in trade/business related functions, events, conferences and workshops β€’ Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned and participates in task forces, committees and cluster groups as requested β€’ Assists the Directors in preparing ad-hoc presentations, including hotel executive committee meetings, ownership reviews and corporate hotel reviews; at times, this role may be required to present in these commercial meetings Requirements β€’ 3+ years of combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience β€’ Extensive knowledge of marketing communication mediums including traditional, digital, and social channels β€’ Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into compelling narratives β€’ Ability to navigate a matrix organization β€’ Project management β€’ Copywriting β€’ Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook) β€’ Social Media Websites (Facebook, Instagram, etc) β€’ CMS Platforms β€’ Digital Analytics β€’ Canva, Adobe and/or Photoshop β€’ Presentation / Communication skills β€’ Relationship building & thoughtful networking β€’ Leadership abilities β€’ Proactive strong points of view β€’ Demonstrate ownership / sense of urgency to deliver results Nice-to-haves β€’ Prior hotel/travel industry experience is preferred, but not required β€’ Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in marketing and/or public relations preferred Benefits β€’ Health insurance β€’ Career growth and development β€’ Team Member Resource Groups β€’ Recognition and rewards programs β€’ Go Hilton travel discount program β€’ Best-in-Class Paid Time Off (PTO) β€’ Supportive parental leave β€’ Employee stock purchase program (ESPP) - purchase Hilton shares at 15% discount β€’ Debt-free education: Access to a wide variety of educational credentials (ex. college degrees, high school completion, English-language learning, digital literacy, professional certificates and more) Apply tot his job
