Essential Functions: • Manage and effectively resolve complex liability claims in multiple jurisdictions. • Evaluate coverage and conduct proactive investigations, reserving, negotiating, and managing the defense of complex liability claims. • Draft and present claim reviews to supervisor and upper management. • Maintain timely and accurate claim reserves. • Effectively manage the litigation process. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of commercial casualty claims handling experience. • Proven experience negotiating claims and active participation in alternative dispute resolution practices. • Experience with general liability, commercial auto, and construction defect claims.
