Evaluate and handle complex property and energy claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Utilize your expertise and knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to accurately assess and determine coverage for claims.
Conduct thorough investigations to gather all necessary information and documentation for each claim.
Analyze and interpret policy language and apply it to the specific claim being handled.
Collaborate with other team members, including adjusters, attorneys, and underwriters, to effectively manage and resolve claims.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the claims process.
Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations and laws related to property and energy insurance claims.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the claims process.
Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity and escalate to the appropriate department for further investigation.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the claims team.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Train and mentor junior claims team members as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
