Are you passionate about providing specialized education and support to students with visual impairments in California? We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired who can empower students with visual challenges to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā• Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with visual impairments.
Ā• Provide instruction in core subjects and skills that enhance independence and mobility.
Ā• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Ā• Assess and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
Ā• Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related field.
Ā• Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment Education.
Ā• Proficiency in Braille and adaptive technology.
Ā• Compassion, patience, and a deep commitment to the success of students with visual impairments.
