Job Summary: As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on competitors, market trends, and industry developments. Your insights will guide strategic decision-making and help maintain our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on competitors, including product offerings, market share, pricing, positioning, and business strategies. Including competitors offerings with target Alliances.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and economic factors that may impact the company.
Provide actionable intelligence reports to inform sales, marketing, product development, and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate competitive intelligence into business operations.
Maintain a database of competitive information for easy access and analysis.
Engage in account planning and strategic customer briefings while recommending solutions to optimize sales performance and business plans.
Provide full TCO analysis reviews.
Conduct training for partners and Neat sales teams.
Observe and comply with regulations during intelligence gathering.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Creative content creation and presentation skills.
Experience with financial analysis and comparisons feeding into RFPs as well as strategic pricing.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights with excellent presentation skills.
Analytical thinker with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities. Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage in executive relationship building.
