About the position
As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for enhancing customer experiences and building relationships with partner resellers. Your role involves traveling to various stores within your community to provide training, demonstrations, and support, ensuring that Apple’s merchandising and brand standards are upheld. Responsibilities
• Represent Apple within multiple partner stores and help customers develop relationships with our brand.

• Sell directly to customers and work closely with partners to create new owners of Apple products.

• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.

• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.

• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are maintained according to Apple's standards.

• Align with your leader on weekly partner visits.

• Provide daily care and inspection of multiple points of sale according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.

• Educate partners and customers through in-store trainings, demos, and sharing the latest sales promotions.

• Distill key themes and insights from store visits and share feedback with other Apple teams.
