Identify emerging leaders across all channels; assess readiness and move candidates through formation pathways.
Equip leaders with systems, templates, rhythms, and structures that promote reproduction and sustainability.
Maintain dashboards and simple tracking systems that measure growth in Pods, Small Groups, Chapters, and church expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Ministry Pathways, Communities, and Communications to support movement activation.
Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, gatherings, and coaching cohorts.
Conduct field visits as needed to support local leaders, assess vitality, and catalyze expansion.

Proven experience launching groups, leading teams, or expanding spiritual communities.
Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage growth systems.
