We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our team and play a key role in shaping our platform’s community engagement and operational efficiency. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in KOL management, content moderation, and product enhancement, contributing directly to our platform's growth and success.Key Responsibilities1. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Mapping and EngagementIdentify and map potential KOLs in the crypto space
Initiate outreach efforts to onboard KOLs to the platform
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
2. Operational SupportVerify and manage accounts for projects, media entities, and KOLs
Handle day-to-day operational tasks to maintain platform standards
3. Moderation and Quality ControlMonitor platform activity to flag and report spam content
Identify and map high-quality content for better community visibility
4. Product and Algorithm EnhancementProvide feedback and insights to enhance product features and usability
Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize user experience
Requirements1. Crypto Knowledge: Basic understanding of the crypto industry, including terminology, trends, and community dynamics2. Operational Experience: Minimal experience in operations or a related field, with a willingness to learn and adapt3. High Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and engage with diverse stakeholders representing the company4.
