Role Overview
As Community Growth Manager, you will collaborate directly with the founders and key partners of Share to lead the strategy and execution of community engagement and social media initiatives. You will become the voice of Share, creatively finding ways to engage, attract and inspire, bridging the gap between Web3 and real impact in the World.
This role isnt just about managing a community; its about building a brand where people feel inspired to be part of something bigger than themselves. If youre passionate about story-telling, community-building, and making a difference with those who need it most, wed love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Community Management:
Build, engage and grow our global community, fostering discussions around Share, Web3 and the opportunities for positive impact in the space.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the community, ensuring timely communication.
Monitor, respond to, and manage community discussions on platforms such as Telegram, Twitter (X), and Instagram (English and Spanish required).
Seek new partnership & sponsoring opportunities to grow our global community
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that reflects Shares narrative & community.
Track social media metrics, analyzing engagement and growth to inform future content and strategy adjustments.
Curate and manage content (posts, articles, images, etc.) across social media channels.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the founders in the creation, editing and execution of organic content - create compelling story-telling to increase Shares brand awareness.
Plan and host events (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, etc.) to strengthen community engagement.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
General understanding of the Web3/Crypto space
Experience using social media & creating content/copywriting
Agile individual - able to adapt in fast-paced start up environments
