Position Overview Communications - Online Course Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an asynchronous curriculum that supports measurable learning outcomes, academic rigor, and consistency across delivery formats in compliance with ACCET curriculum standards. Primary Responsibilities • Design and develop institutionally approved curriculum aligned with program objectives and course learning outcomes. • Create lessons, instructional activities, practice exercises, assessments, and grading rubrics. • Ensure alignment between learning objectives, instructional strategies, and evaluation methods. • Design content specifically for online asynchronous delivery with clear structure and pacing. • Ensure instructional materials comply with accessibility and universal design standards. • Review assessment data and instructor feedback to inform curriculum revisions. • Participate in scheduled curriculum review cycles. • Maintain version control, revision logs, and curriculum documentation for accreditation review. Minimum Qualifications. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field. Preferred Qualifications. • Master’s degree in Communications. • Experience developing online or asynchronous curriculum.
