Communications Associate

We're partnering with a dynamic organization, to find a talented Communications Associate. This is a temporary role based remotely out of region, lasting approximately 10-26 weeks. The position offers the opportunity to support internal communication efforts and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.

*Communications Associate Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans tailored to departmental needs.
* Create, review, and refine communications materials, ensuring clarity and quality.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors to oversee production processes.
* Collaborate proactively with Public Affairs and Marketing teams to align messages with strategic enterprise goals.
* Monitor project details, manage resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
*Communications Associate Qualifications:*

* High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of writing and editing experience.
* Experience creating and executing communications strategies.
* Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
* Knowledge of communications practices and working with external vendors.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven setting.
