We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in service or coaching programs, who excels in a flexible, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to leads across multiple social platforms (Alignable, FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct discovery interviews with prospective clients to assess fit.
• Field and close sales calls for our high-ticket coaching program.
• Follow our Growth-Cave style sales process (training provided) while bringing your own authentic style.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with the team to continually refine messaging and approach.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales of services, coaching, or high-ticket offers strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable on video calls and phone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Teachable, adaptable, and eager to grow with our company.
• Familiarity with social platforms for prospect engagement is a plus.

• Commission-only structure with high earning potential (per sale).

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-tough wellness program sales through various channels while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote our offerings, and build lasting relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong sales acumen who are eager to contribute to our growth and success.

Duties
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Engage in direct sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management.
• Upsell additional services or products to existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow a teachable system to closing high ticket programs.

Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge social media platforms
• Strong ability to engage and convert leads.
• Familiarity with account management and business development practices.
• Experience in B2B sales environments is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
