We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at VirtDrop. As a

Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and

maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities :
• Booking calls through messaging/outbound calling. (We have a system in place to reach out to interested

leads)
• Attend and conduct booked sales calls that we put on your calendar. You will Follow a very systematic

approach during the sales calls that's been proven to be very effective.
• Understand and determine the client’s needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Follow VirtDrops follow up strategy with prospects in Virtdrop database.
• Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and accelerate the

referral program in place.
• Learn, utilize, and follow Virtdrop current tools and policies.
• Collaborate with all team members to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and other sales strategies.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the virtual assistant services industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (At VirtDrop we use Zoho, Alloware, ClickUp, Google

Docs, Slack etc)
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, personable, and detail oriented is a must.
• Organized; can oversee multiple clients at a time.
• Flexible and reliable.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
