Commercial Strategy Analyst
What success looks like in this role: • Works with business leadership to understand current objectives, operational processes, gaps and challenges. • Analyzes routine business issues using data from internal and external sources. • Develops reports for leadership on the performance and characteristics of various aspects of the business. • Conducts business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize specific process improvement and change targets. • Develops recommendations to streamline, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, improve workflows or improve the client experience outcomes of targeted processes. • Delivers recommendations to process owners / stakeholders. • Engages with Operations colleagues, business owners and other stakeholders to craft and execute process improvement project plans. • Supports process improvement implementation through education, training or other means.
