Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Realtor / Business Broker located in Florida. The responsibilities include managing commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers in property sales, working with businesses in intermediary capacities, and facilitating negotiations. The role will also involve conducting market research, engaging with clients to understand their wants and needs, and crafting strategic solutions to achieve successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Qualifications
• Competence in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate Sales
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in market research and client relationship management
• Knowledge of the Florida and County specific commercial real estate market is a plus
