Commercial Real Estate Property Manager

Our client, a prominent real estate investment and management firm, is seeking a highly competent and experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in **San Antonio, Texas, US**. This role is integral to maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across commercial assets. You will be responsible for all day-to-day management activities, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, budgeting, and financial reporting. Key duties involve developing and implementing effective property management strategies, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating repairs and capital improvements, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will also conduct regular property inspections, oversee vendor contracts, and manage tenant issues to ensure a positive and productive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, market trends, and property management best practices. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management is required, along with a proven track record of successful tenant retention and financial performance. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in property management software and strong financial acumen are necessary. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and value. Develop and execute strategic property management plans. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Develop and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures. Prepare detailed financial reports for property owners and senior management. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and lease agreements. Manage vendor contracts and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and presentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial property management. Proven track record in tenant relations, leasing, and financial management. Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial analysis and budgeting capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site capacity. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties as needed.
