Compensation:
$68,000 - $72,000
Responsibilities:
Ā Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, conducting site inspections
Ā Prepare credit write-ups
Ā Work with the Document Department in loan closing
Ā Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups
Ā Review and monitor loans post-closing
Ā Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices
Ā Provide client services
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Ā At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ā Demonstrates good communication skills
Ā Excellent time management skills
