We’re Hiring! Part-Time Commercial Property Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring buildings are safe, efficient, and well cared for.
• Build Strong Connections: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage Contractors: Coordinate bids, contracts, and work to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Handle the Numbers: Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and handle CAM reconciliations.
• Manage Leases: Oversee lease administration including renewals, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Stay on Top of Reports: Review monthly property reports to keep everything on track and owners informed.
• Keep Us Compliant: Follow and enforce policies to ensure smooth, by-the-book operations.
• Direct Assistant Property Manager: Guide and support assistant property management staff.
• Develop and Manage CAPEX Plans: Plan and oversee capital expenditures for the property.
What We’re Looking For:
• 8+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills — multitasking is your superpower!
• Strong financial skills with budgeting, reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
• Comfortable with property management software, Microsoft Office, and AppFolio.
• California Real Estate License (required).
• A positive, reliable, self-starter who is also a true team player.
What You’ll Love About This Role:
• Part-time to start: ~15 hours/week, with potential to grow into full-time within 6 months.
• Pay: $23–$28/hr DOE (1099 independent contractor).
• Flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 1pm–5pm PT).
• Remote work (Pacific time zone only).
