Commercial Product Manager II (Hybrid)

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Commercial Product Manager II to support the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions for commercial lending. The role involves collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage the product backlog for timely delivery of features.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and delivery of product features and/or program management routinesDocument requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives with support from senior PMsDemonstrate end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream/downstream impactsManage and prioritize backlog, maintain roadmap, and communicate status and risks across the enterpriseSupport goals definition in a clear, actionable format and lead technical teams through execution using Agile practices.
