Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager at Nokia plays a crucial role in the Global Business Operations Organization, supporting the sales team by preparing business cases, analyzing pricing strategies, and ensuring competitive commercial terms. This position requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to review proposal opportunities and drive profitable growth through meticulous deal analysis. The Commercial Manager acts as the first level of deal approval, ensuring the integrity of financial metrics while interacting across all organizational levels. Strong analytical skills, telecommunications experience, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential for success in this dynamic role. Responsibilities Conduct pricing analysis using commercial management tools to support deal assessments. Review quote approval requests, collaborating with the sales team to resolve inconsistencies. Propose commercial strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability. Define and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with Product Line Management and Services. Analyze commercial terms, aligning with legal and financial experts for contract modifications. Act as the first-level deal approval manager, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets. Prepare commercial analyses and responses for urgent requests from sales and executives. Engage with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
