Salary $45,000 + a year
Commercial Lines Sales Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
ā¢ Passionate Commercial Sales Agent with the ability to utilize product knowledge and experience to sell multiple insurance products from leads provided through extensive marketing sources
ā¢ Identify customer's commercial insurance needs and market appropriate commercial insurance products and follow agency sales processes, practices and procedures
ā¢ Efficient with service techniques for assisting client's needs with multiple commercial insurance products
ā¢ Use of Agency Management System
ā¢ Maintains knowledge of new/existing commercial insurance products and markets for multiple carriers
ā¢ Meets production requirements and goals with potential to earn a monthly bonus
ā¢ Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
ā¢ Must be a team player with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed and/or required
ā¢ Detailed oriented individual who is competitive and growth oriented

Experience Requirements:
ā¢ P & C General Lines License
ā¢ Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial insurance sales/service experience
ā¢ Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial industry experience
ā¢ Excellent Computer and Phone Skills
ā¢ Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills
ā¢ Efficiency with time management and organizational skills
