Commercial Kitchen Layout (Light Café) – AutoCAD Plan Needed (Permit-Ready, No Full MEP)
I am building out a light café (not a full restaurant) and need a clean, professional kitchen layout in AutoCAD.
This is a simple scope and I am specifically NOT looking for a full engineering or MEP package—just an optimized layout and basic coordination suitable for permit submission.
Project Scope:
Commercial kitchen layout (top-down plan)
Equipment placement with dimensions
3-compartment sink, hand sink, and mop sink placement
Basic plumbing coordination (tie into existing lines)
Clearances and workflow optimization
Labels and notes for permit submission
Important Project Details:
No Type 1 hood
No grease-heavy cooking
Minimal plumbing changes
Existing systems will be reused
Deliverables Required:
AutoCAD (.DWG) file
PDF version (to scale)
1–2 revision rounds included
Timeline:
3–5 days preferred
