Commercial Insurance Processor (Glendale, AZ or MST remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Pull policy correspondence reports from carrier websites and manage carrier email delivery of similar reports.
• Utilize agency management system to provide quality control checks on new business, renewal policies, endorsements, audits, etc.
• Execute policy correspondence delivery to clients per agency guidelines and procedures.
• Input and communicate notices of cancellations, non-renewals, etc.
• Operate a variety of standard office machines, including personal computers and various software applications.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Management Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
Nice-to-haves
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry is desired.
• Experience using Applied/EPIC software.
