Job description: We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.We are a rapidly growing company offering both commercial and personal lines insurance. With over 25 insurance companies we represent, we have a policy to fit most businesses and individuals at the most competitive premium. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Our organization is very demanding, very goal-oriented, and we only seek highly driven and motivated individuals.At Quantum Source Insurance Group, we value and seek committed team players that possess outstanding customer service skills and a sincere desire to meet the needs of our customers.Job responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and provide solutions as needed
Help sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed
Cross-sell products to existing clients
Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc.
Process renewals on our existing book of business each month
Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system
Other duties as assigned
We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important.
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
At least one-year commercial insurance experience
College degree preferred; high school diploma required
