Duties
Ā Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Ā Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Ā Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Ā Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Ā Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
Ā Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations that may affect clients.
Experience
Ā Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
Ā Strong customer service background with proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Ā Experience in negotiating terms and closing sales is a plus.
