Job Overview

We invite applications for the pivotal role of Head of Commercial, where you will spearhead our global sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. This strategic position is critical in driving our growth trajectory, positioning our groundbreaking medical devices in the marketplace, and establishing lasting partnerships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement a robust commercial strategy, including comprehensive go-to-market plans for our innovative medical devices.
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to maintain a proactive approach.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team, establishing ambitious yet attainable goals.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue channels.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on onboarding, training, and support for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure alignment between commercial initiatives and product development goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to foster trust and facilitate product adoption.
• Oversee budgets and P&L to achieve financial objectives.
• Continuously assess and refine performance metrics, incentives, and processes to promote ongoing improvement.

Required Skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of medical device sales channels, covering both direct and distributor models.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to identify and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA or an advanced degree is preferred).
• 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling operations for innovative products.
• Strong experience in product launches, go-to-market strategies, and managing product lifecycles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Compensation And Benefits
• Base Salary Range: (200,000 - )350,000 (commensurate with experience).
