Commercial FP&A Analyst

The Commercial FP&A Analyst will support the Finance Business Partner for the Americas by assisting with financial planning, reporting, and analysis while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights.ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly reporting processes, including preparing variance analysis and commentaryPerform data analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business casesBuild and maintain advanced Excel models for reporting, forecasting and scenario planningWork with business teams to provide clear, accurate and timely financial informationSupport commission and bonus calculations under guidance from the Finance Business PartnerContribute to process improvements in and automation opportunities in reporting and analysisSupport ad hoc reporting and financial requests from business leadersSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant experience in finance, analysis, accounting or business partnering in a similar roleAdvanced Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, lookups, macros, data modelling etc)Strong ability to analyse large volumes of financial data from ERP/finance systemsStrong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearlyProactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentProfessional qualification (or part-qualified) in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is desirableExposure to Power BI, SAP, NetSuite, OneStream, or similar tools is an advantageCompany OverviewYouGov is a data and analytics group that enables companies to explore, plan, activate, and track marketing activities.
