Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in our Brisbane global headquarters. This role will provide key support across core commercial functions, with a focus on commercial and pricing operations and reporting. You will work closely with both our Australian and US-based commercial finance analysts to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day commercial activities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career finance or accounting professional to gain exposure to a dynamic, global business while developing a solid foundation in commercial finance. What You'll Be Doing
Commercial Support: Support the Commercial Desk by managing incoming requests, ensure pricing and deal structures align with business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Support to resolve commercial and billing-related queries. Work with these teams to improve processes and support operational efficiency.
Pricing and discounting: Assist in maintaining pricing tools and product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all deal approvals, discounts, and adjustments. Providing regular reports to management on deal activity and financial impact.
Projects and more: Support the broader Commercial Finance team on projects and analysis including sales performance, commissions, business development and other commercial activities. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Comfortable working in Excel, Google suite and other business tools favourable (e.g. Power BI and Jira).Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact confidently with internal stakeholders.Self-starter with the ability to manage routine tasks with limited supervision.Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing commercial finance team1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or business-related role.Actively studying towards CPA, CA, or CIMA preferred (or planning to commence).Exposure to or interest in working in a commercial finance environment.
