Responsibilities:
Going Above and Beyond: Frequently exceeding customer expectations can help to create a wow factor that will leave a lasting impression on your customers
Drives a transport truck to move car parts to commercial partners, performing responsibilities such as loading and unloading the components
Obtains returned merchandise, cores, and spare parts from surrounding retailers or external suppliers
Puts in place safety measures at work and on the road, including the use of PPE
Make the most of your time in store by taking advantage of our staff's expertise and the wide variety of products we have available
Follows all the policies and regulations outlined by the company, such as leading by example with dress codes, observing safety measures, and using fleet vehicles inefficient manner
Manage cash and credit card payments according to the set procedures and policies of the organization
Actively engage with AutoZone's information resources to stay informed about the latest products and promotions
Requirements:
Being at least 18 years old and possessing a valid driver's license is a prerequisite for the driving position at AutoZone. Besides, the candidate should satisfy the driver requirements of AutoZone.
The talent for lifting weight and transporting cargo
Being capable of working on a flexible schedule, which may require work during holidays, weekends, and outside of normal business hours
