Commercial Danaher Business System (Continuous Improvement) Leader, Americas – REMOTE

Overview The Commercial Danaher Business System (Continuous Improvement) Leader, Americas – REMOTE is responsible for driving continuous improvement and fostering the Danaher Business System (DBS) culture within the AMERICAS Commercial Organization. The role involves partnering with the Regional Vice President General Manager (VPGM), building DBS capabilities, and supporting the deployment, improvement, and sustaining of standard work and best practices. This position reports to the Director, Global Commercial DBS and is remote to cover the US region, with a preference for candidates within commuting distance to Boston, MA or Deerfield, IL. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Act as a strategic thought partner for the Regional VPGM, providing insights on strategy execution (Commercial Engine), capabilities gaps (HVC/HVS), and DBS maturity. Build and enhance DBS capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring. Manage and support a funnel of Certified practitioners. Support the organization in deploying, improving, and sustaining standard work and best practices to ensure commercial and operational excellence. Implement/coach Daily Management and Problem-Solving Process (PSP) to identify root causes, develop countermeasures, and sustain focused impact. Manage a kaizen funnel to prioritize and track continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate kaizen events to drive process improvements and engage teams in problem-solving activities. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Proven experience driving DBS best practice and continuous improvement in a commercial environment. Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills; ability to influence without direct authority. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. MBA or equivalent experience. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements Ability to travel – up to 30% to 50% Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Compensation, Benefits & Remote Work The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
