Commercial Casualty Renewal Underwriter

Our client is seeking a Commercial Casualty Renewal Underwriter to support and manage renewal business within their commercial portfolio. This individual will be responsible for underwriting and managing commercial E&S renewal accounts while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong broker relationships. • Manage assigned Commercial Casualty renewal accounts • Review policies, endorsements, and renewal submissions for accuracy and completeness • Gather and verify underwriting documentation to support informed risk decisions • Assist with renewal quoting and underwriting in accordance with internal guidelines • Maintain organized workflows and meet renewal deadlines • Support billing and collection processes as needed Qualifications • 2+ years of Commercial Casualty Renewal Underwriting experience • Strong understanding of commercial lines coverage and underwriting principles • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using CRM platforms • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks Compensation & Benefits • $80,0000 to $95,000 annual base salary + lucrative bonus • Remote work options available. • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage. • Employer-matching 401(k) plan. • Generous PTO and additional company perks.
