Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster – Fast Track
About the position Responsibilities • Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan the proper course of action. • Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process. • Handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. • Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file. • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto PD claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum of 3 years related claims experience. • Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled. • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. • Computer experience with related claims and business software. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. • Experience with Auto Property Damage claims.
