You will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s post-sales organization and define the customer strategy that fuels our growth.What You’ll DoDrive revenue for Ramp by owning onboarding & implementation, expansion, renewals, retention, and overall growth across a book of ~150-200 SMB customers. You will directly own a revenue target for your book of businessPartner with the Account Executive team to deeply understand new customers’ current workflows and processes, pain points, priorities, and obstacles to achieve a full rolloutEnsure fast, thorough, and complete product onboarding and spend migration of new Ramp customers within 60 days by educating on Ramp’s best practicesOnce implementation is complete, lead Quarterly Business Reviews within your portfolio to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with clients to maximize ROIBuild and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and finance/accounting professionals to understand their pain points and priorities to deepen the usage of RampWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized to enhance the customer experience What You'll NeedMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management experience in a B2B organizationProven track record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key target metricsExceptional project management and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skillsDesire to learn the product inside out and become an expert in Ramp’s full range of product, integration, and configuration optionsAbility to anticipate customers’ needs and position product solutions accordinglyIntellectual curiosity to support customers across a wide range of industriesAbility to proactively identify expansion opportunities to drive additional revenue and growth of existing customer baseHigh adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with basic sales tools and common metricsNice to HavesBachelor’s degree from an accredited universityExperience with financial services salesExperience at a high-growth startupExpertise in using Salesforce, Outreach, or other productivity toolsExperience with Accounting Software (e.g. Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and/or Accounting (CPA)For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000- $225,500.
