At Tutor Doctor, we provide in-home, one-on-one tutoring for students of all ages and subjects. Our ideal candidate is an experienced tutor and/or teacher with a solid understanding of the field of education and a passion for inspiring students. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver personalized tutoring sessions, adapting to different learning styles and needs.
Job Overview:
Teach College Chemistry I and II, test prep, and provide homework support
Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet individual student needs
Provide session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
Balance tutoring hours and manage student enrollment packages
Respond to client concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
Experience with basic database/data entry and strong administration skills
Reliable transportation with current car insurance and access to the internet, computer, and smartphone
