Please note this position is only open to candidates residing in the Eastern and Central Time Zones excluding those who reside in Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgina, and Washington DC.

We are looking for qualified collection agents with minimum two years debt collection experience and strong negotiation skills to WORK FROM HOME. The ideal candidate is dependable, money-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills. The ability to listen, respond with creative solutions, and overcome objections are important aspects of the call center position.
