Join us in shaping a future where every business owner has the opportunity to thrive.Compensation: $39,000 - $50,000 depending on experienceModality: On-site (with the ability to become eligible for WFH)Schedule: Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday for weekend coverage.What you’ll be doingPartnering with lessees to understand the reason for account delinquency and evaluating the customer’s financial situationNegotiating full payments or structured repayment terms based on customer capabilityConsistently learning and applying operational policies and State & Federal regulations governing collectionsDemonstrating professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction while occasionally exercising assertiveness when requiredManaging structured workdays with monitored calls for quality and accuracyDemonstrating strong organizational and time management skills to achieve department productivity metricsCompleting other duties as assigned by leadershipWhat you haveStrong verbal communication skills and intermediate-level writing abilityAbility to remain courteous and professional when working with past-due customersCapacity to follow instructions from leadership and proactively solve problemsSelf-motivated and organized; able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a teamWhat will make you stand outHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in a customer contact role in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in account resolution or collectionsFamiliarity with lease/finance industry terminology and processes Why Work for ClickleaseAt Clicklease, we believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy—and we’re here to help them grow.
