Collections & Lease Renewal Specialist – Real Estate (Remote) About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Collections & Lease Renewal Specialist to manage rental accounts and keep tenant relationships on track. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle everything from recovering overdue rent to negotiating renewals—ensuring compliance, improving cash flow, and keeping both tenants and property owners informed. What You’ll Do • Collect overdue rent, negotiate payment plans, and reduce arrears. • Manage and process all lease renewals, ensuring timely communication and compliance. • Review aging reports, identify risks, and deliver clear progress updates. • Bridge communication between tenants and property owners with empathy and professionalism. • Stay organized across multiple properties while hitting performance targets. What You Bring • 3+ years of collections or lease management experience (property management preferred). • Strong knowledge of leases, landlord-tenant laws, and eviction/renewal processes. • Proficiency with property management platforms (Yardi, Appfolio, RentVine, etc.). • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, even under pressure. • A self-starter mindset—organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven.
