Collaborating Physician - Health Risk Assessments (1099)

Responsibilities
The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:
• Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
• Regularly performs annual chart reviews
• Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
• Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Qualifications
• Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
• Board certified/board eligible required
• Residency completion required
• 1 year experience in Healthcare management
• Experience with Risk Adjustment
• Must reside in the state where the openings exists
Pay Transparency
The Collaborating Physician is compensated $100.00 per month for each active Advanced Practice Provider with whom they are collaborating. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill-set, experience, qualifications, and other job related considerations.
