Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a fully commission-based role, offering high earning potential for those who excel in phone-based sales and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lists.
Introduce and explain the company's services.
Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
Overcome objections and qualify leads based on set criteria.
Keep accurate records of call results and update the CRM system regularly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role, with uncapped earning potential.
