As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining hands-on experience in coding and billing procedures. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed in the world of healthcare coding. If you have a passion for accuracy and a thirst for knowledge, we want you on our team!

Learn and understand coding and billing procedures within a healthcare environment.
Participate in training and educational programs to develop coding skills.
Collaborate with coding team members to complete coding projects accurately and efficiently.
Follow coding guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Review patient records and documentation to accurately assign codes.
Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and coding discrepancies.
Identify and report any potential compliance issues or errors.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Stay up-to-date with coding changes and updates.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks.
Seek opportunities for growth and development in the field of coding.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet coding deadlines.
Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Display a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate coding and billing.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
