The Coding a Clinical Documentation Manager provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff by providing a positive and team oriented environment. This position is responsible for working with all members of the healthcare team across the inpatient Deaconess Health System facilities and HRS Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical coding.
