Responsibilities
• Implement best practices for Telehealth programs on a multi-state scale.
• Leverage the financial ecosystem to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in billing and coding processes.
• Manage change effectively within the organization.
Requirements
• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 7 years of billing and coding experience or equivalent experience in a similar healthcare domain.
• Experience in medical billing.
• Experience in a medical inpatient or outpatient admitting setting.
• Demonstrated track record in change management.
