Job Description: Costco is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for remote, part-time Data Entry and Customer Service positions. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support on various issues, and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support.
? Accurately input and update customer data and order information into internal systems.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
? Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
? Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
? Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
? Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
