Key Responsibilities
• Provide mentoring and guidance to professionals exploring new career directions
• Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to understand goals and discuss development pathways
• Build and maintain professional relationships using digital platforms
• Work on numerous platforms to reach potential clients
• Engage in structured professional development and leadership training
• Onboard and Mentor clients
Candidate Profile
• Background in coaching, leadership, training, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and online platforms
• Genuine interest in mindset, leadership, and personal development
