Founders Hub is a consulting and accelerator-style platform based in Kenya, designed to support local businesses and international companies entering the Kenyan market. We provide expert guidance in strategy, operations, and execution, while also helping businesses become investment-ready and access funding opportunities. Kenyan businesses—and foreign firms expanding into Kenya—often struggle with structured management, scalability, and access to credible advisory support. Founders Hub bridges this gap by combining local market insight with global best practices in management consulting. I am seeking a US-based or Western-based Management Consultant as a co-founder to bring international perspective, credibility, and structured consulting frameworks. This positioning is important for: Building trust with investors and international clients Applying proven global management and growth methodologies Supporting companies that require world-class governance, reporting, and execution standards Roles & Structure My role: Business development—sourcing clients, partnerships, and opportunities on the ground Co-founder’s role: Delivery excellence—ensuring consulting engagements are well-structured, professionally executed, and deliver measurable results Revenue Share Proceeds will be shared on a 70:30 basis, reflecting business development and execution responsibilities. The long-term vision is to grow Founders Hub into a full accelerator, supporting startups and SMEs with consulting, mentorship, and access to capital—positioning Kenya as a strong gateway for business in Africa.
