Key Responsibilit
ies:ā¢ Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues on CNC machi
neryā¢ Install, commission, and calibrate CNC machines and automated equipment at customer s
itesā¢ Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspections to maximize uptime and reliabi
lityā¢ Troubleshoot servo systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and CNC cont
rolsā¢ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical draw
ingsā¢ Support customers both on-site and remotely with technical troubleshooting and service n
eedsā¢ Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal t
eamsā¢ Provide emergency support and rapid response to minimize customer down
timeā¢ Travel throughout the assigned regional territory to support customer s
itesPreferred Qualificati
ons:ā¢ 3+ years of experience in CNC field service, machine tool repair, industrial maintenance, or automation sup
portā¢ Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas, Mazak, or similar platf
ormsā¢ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills using multimeters and diagnostic equip
mentā¢ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo drives, and motion control sys
temsā¢ Ability to perform machine alignments, ballscrew repairs, and mechanical adjustments prefe
rredā¢ Strong communication and customer service sk
illsā¢ Ability to work independently in field environm
