Position Profile

The CNA Scheduler provides a variety of administrative support functions related to CNA scheduling for a designated clinical office.
โ€ข **This is a remote role, however candidate must be local to AZ***

Responsibilities

ยง Manages phone/email communication effectively and efficiently.

ยง Performs C.N.A. scheduling.

ยง Performs accurate and timely C.N.A. scheduling/assignment entry.

ยง Communicates relevant and timely information to appropriate staff.

ยง Maintains and enhances professional skills.

ยง Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

ยง High school diploma or equivalent experience.

ยง Minimum two years medical field/office experience.

ยง Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred

ยง Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

ยง Excellent communication and customer relation skills to interact with others in a helpful, cooperative and effective manner.

ยง Ability to give and follow written as well as oral instruction.

ยง Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

ยง Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
