Cloud Technical Lead
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Technical Lead to join a remote team for one of our consulting clients. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with expertise in cloud-native application development, Microsoft Azure, and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools. As a key contributor, you will lead development efforts while actively coding and designing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Actively participate in hands-on coding, contributing to full-stack development projects.
• Develop and maintain solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Create and manage applications using Power Platform tools to enhance business processes.
• Utilize programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular to build robust applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry-level developers on the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into project strategies when appropriate.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Strong full-stack development skills, with the ability to contribute 80% of the time as a coder.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React or Angular.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Expertise in designing and developing cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud and enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Compensation
$109,000.00-$222,000.00 Yearly
